Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for VPS hosting services purchased from Prakash Gujarati through HostingProvider.
Cancellation Before Activation
Customers may request cancellation before server activation. If the VPS has not been provisioned, the order may be cancelled and eligible payment may be refunded after gateway and internal verification.
Refund After Activation
Hosting services consume infrastructure immediately after provisioning. Refunds after activation are generally not guaranteed unless a written plan-specific money-back period is displayed during checkout or there is a verified service failure attributable to us.
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain names, licenses, SSL purchases, paid control panels and third-party software fees.
- One-time setup, migration, consulting and custom configuration fees.
- Services suspended or terminated due to prohibited usage or policy violation.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The refund may take 5 to 10 working days or as per the payment gateway/bank timeline.
How to Request Cancellation or Refund
- Email prakashgujarati814@gmail.com with order number, payment ID, registered email and reason.
- Our team verifies activation status, usage and payment status.
- Eligible refund/cancellation is processed and confirmation is shared by email.
