These Terms and Conditions govern use of the HostingProvider website and VPS hosting services operated by Prakash Gujarati. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide VPS hosting, server deployment, server management, migration and related infrastructure services. Specific resources, limits and support scope depend on the selected plan.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, billing and KYC/business details where required.
- Keep account credentials, SSH keys and server access secure.
- Use services only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws.
- Maintain backups of critical application data unless a managed backup plan is active.
Prohibited Use
Customers must not use servers for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service attacks, copyright infringement, credential theft or any activity that harms other users, networks or infrastructure.
Payment and Activation
Orders are activated after successful payment verification and internal risk checks. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on the customer and entity details.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abusive usage, security risk, legal requests or breach of these terms. Data deletion timelines may apply after termination or expiry.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream provider issues, force majeure, abuse mitigation or events outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Prakash Gujarati is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, data loss or business interruption. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India unless another jurisdiction is explicitly agreed in a signed contract.
